Environmental
Paperless Invoicing and Logbooks
In order to reduce paper waste within our company we do not print copies of invoices or service reports. All service reports can be accessed online via our online customer portal. Billing is also handled via email to reduce paper waste. In our 3rd party audited accounts we are replacing their paper logbooks with online logbooks. All documents can be viewed online without creating additional paper waste.
Carbon Footprint
Pinnacle understands we must do our part to reduce our carbon footprint. We create each of our routes to be within a small geographic footprint to reduce drive time and carbon emissions into our environment.
IPM
Integrated Pest Management (IPM) is the implementation of diverse methods of pest controls, paired with monitoring to reduce unnecessary pesticide applications. IPM provides economic, health and environmental benefits. Pinnacle uses knowledge of pest problems with management tactics designed to:
- Prevent unacceptable levels of pest damage
- Minimize the risk of people, property, infrastructure, natural resources, and the environmentÂ
- Reduce the evolution of pest resistance to pesticides and other pest management practices.

Improved Standards
We are raising the bar on what quality pest control looks like in commercial facilities. We practice IPM to ensure chemicals are not applied when they don’t need to be. We also focus on how the pests are getting into the facility and create an exclusion plan so less pests will enter the commercial facility. Exclusion paired with IPM creates a more sustainable and resilient plan to keep pests out and use less chemicals while protecting our environment and food chain.
